shipment processing time: all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, depending upon the availability of the product. orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
shipping rates & delivery estimates: shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within delhi, NCR. delivery delays can occasionally occur.
shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: devanshi Jain official ships to addresses within india & abroad, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
shipment confirmation & order tracking: you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
customs, duties and taxes: DJO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
damages: DJO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
customs, duties and taxes: any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is BCDPJ7572E)
shipping rates & delivery estimates: our delivery partner is DHL. the orders are delivered within 7 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. in case of modifications, kindly drop us an email at info@devanshijainofficial.
damages: DJO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1. an incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

we request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original invoice.
if there is genuine defect in the product, we will exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value after we receive the product, following an inspection & quality check.
all returns/exchange courier charges to our atelier are borne by the customer. upon delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.
we unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 7 days of delivery.
