Whilst the DJO Website strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. DJO Website cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, DJO Website shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, DJO Website may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and DJO Website will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All payments made against the purchases/services on devanshijainofficial.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Devanshi Jain Official. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Devanshi Jain Official reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

If there is genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value after we receive the product at our atelier, following an inspection & quality check.
All returns/exchange courier charges to our atelier are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.
DJO unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 7 days of delivery.
DOMESTIC
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, depending upon the availability of the product. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Delhi, NCR. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Devanshi Jain Official ships to addresses within the India & Abroad, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
DJO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
DJO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Our delivery partner is DHL. The orders are delivered within 7 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@devanshijainofficial.com within 2 hours, of placing order.
Damages
DJO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If you use or access the Website and/or content therein outside of India, you shall be solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction as well as these Terms of Use.

The Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and DJO and govern your use of the Services and/or products (but excluding any Services and/or products which DJO may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace any prior agreements between you and DJO in relation to the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services and/or products, which DJO provides, may change from time to time with or without prior notice to you.
As part of DJO’s continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that DJO may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services and/or products to you or to users generally at DJO’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services and/or products at any time however, you may specifically inform DJO when you stop using the Services and/or products
You acknowledge and agree that if DJO disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services and/or products, your account details or any files or other content, which is contained in your account.
Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with DJO, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Services and/or products for any purpose. If any disagreement or dispute arises regarding these Terms or any rights or obligations conveyed hereunder, the disagreement shall be resolved, whenever possible, by mediation. If such efforts are unsuccessful, either you or DJO (collectively “Parties” or individually “Party”) shall seek a resolution in court of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
The Terms, and your relationship with Devanshi Jain Official under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws/ provisions. You and Devanshi Jain Official agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Devanshi Jain Official shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
