a testament to zero waste production, it is ethically handcrafted from recycled brass [24-karat-gold-plated and lacquered to prevent corrosion/oxidisation], surplus italian velvet and bamboo silk. any imperfection, if noticed, is a guarantee of authenticity in the age of mindless-mass-production.

due to the appearance of the piece, we recommend stowing it in your hold luggage when passing though airport security. for the same reason we recommend not taking the bag to public places, such as law courts and sports stadiums, where there may be security checks.

the hardware will be subject to marking/scratches upon its first use; this is not a manufacturing defect, it is a natural process and part of the normal usage of the bag. you can gently remove surface dirt on the hardware/lining of your bag by using a clean damp cloth to wipe away any impurities.

storage: store your devanshi jain bag in its protective pouch placed inside the box and out of direct sunlight and heat. ensure the bag is well ventilated before storage.
